Extending in a circular motion

Lay on your side having your knee with pain facing the ceiling. Have your arm keep your lain body balanced, and have the leg that is on the ground to be bent a little for more balance. To reduce knee pain your are going to take your leg with the knee pain and point it straight up. Then bring it back down, slowly bending the knee and extending it back parallel to the ground, do this for about 5-10 minutes.

In that same position try just extending your knee outward and keeping it relaxed. As you extend it, try to do it in a circular motion, this helps greatly with reducing knee pain.

For more knee pain relief, quickly follow these exercises with putting on an ice pack for about 15 minutes on your knee. Make sure that your knee is at least slightly elevated to decrease as much pain as possible.

Stretching is very good knee exercise. It regulates our blood circulation so that our knee pain could be reduced .

My doctor recommended a blood flow stimulation kit. It works great. I use it everyday and I have no problems. Check it out. http://www.kingbrand.com/Knee-Injury-Treatment.php?REF=Boris1011

Thanks sharing. Unloader knee bracing may be is another alternative solution for knee paint. Recent trends declare that the usage of Unloader knee bracing in conjunction with Injectable treatments such as Hyaluronic Acidity (HLA) or even Platelet abundant plasma (PrP) offer you the next step frontward with alleviating the actual suffering connected with OA.
